General Shipping Policies
We ship daily Monday through Saturday except holidays. We take great pride in getting you your order as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Most orders are shipped same day/next day. We use USPS Priority mail service for most orders. Small, light weight items my ship VIA USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Our warehouse system will choose the most efficient method for delivery. Fedex and UPS are also available. All orders are sent via a traceable carrier. Tracking numbers are available upon request.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the beautiful Berkshires. We are located in Becket Massachusetts.
Although we try very hard to keep our inventory levels high, our aggressive pricing often leads to rapid sales on certain items. Sometimes your items may be back-ordered. This means we are temporarily out of an item. We receive shipments weekly from our vendors. Usually back ordered items are back in stock in less than 5 business days. If your order contains back-ordered items we will notify you via-email. Your order will either ship when it is complete or we may ship you your in stock items and ship your back-ordered items when they arrive at our warehouse.
Please note: Due to the high cost of international shipping: ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
If you need to return merchandise you must first contact Jax Cat Tackle. We will supply you with a return verification number (RVN). An RVN will be sent to you via e-mail. It will include all instructions to follow in order to complete your return/exchange. Upon receiving the merchandise from you, Jax Cat Tackle will inspect the merchandise and either issue a refund, exchange, or store credit.
All returned merchandise must be un-opened and un-used. Merchandise covered by a manufacturer warranty must go through the applicable manufacturer.
If the return is due to misrepresentation on our part, we will refund your shipping costs both ways. If it is due to buyer error, we can only refund the purchase price not the shipping.
Never pay a restocking fee at Jax Cat Tackle.
