How can I order?
You may order all items shown in our store by adding each item to your cart. If you do not see a product or a color you are looking for, please contact us. We work with several large suppliers as well as many of the manufacturers, so chances are we can get it for you at a great price.
How can I pay?
You may pay with Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Google Check Out, PayPal, money order or personal check. Before shipment is made we must confirm that payment is received. Credit cards, Google Check Out and PayPal are instant and your items can usually be shipped to you the same business day. Money orders and personal checks can take up to 10 business days to clear.

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and tracked for your protection. Priority mail takes 2-3 business days for delivery. Tracking numbers are available upon request. Priority Mail is a very reliable service.
For an additional fee, USPS Express mail, Fedex or UPS ground are available on all orders. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
Once payment is clear, orders are shipped daily -- Monday through Saturday.With the exception of holidays that close the USPS.
Items are packed very carefully for loss prevention. All merchandise leaves our facilities in excellent condition.
What happens if I donít receive my package?
All of our domestic shipments are tracked via the United States Postal Service. If the package is delivered to its destination, you are responsible for any loss or damage incurred after that. You have our guarantee that Jax Cat Tackle will replace or give a refund for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Australia. However, international shipping is much different than domestic shipping, so please understand the following:
All international orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail International. In our experience, 2-3 weeks is the average transit time, but packages can regularly take anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks to arrive after leaving our facility.
Depending on your countryís laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from Jax Cat Tackle includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping and you will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information.
We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We do not include the shipping charges in the value of the item.
Do you back order items?
Jax Cat Tackle will contact you if your item(s) is not available. we make every effort to ensure that our products posted on-line are in our inventory. Sometimes due to demand we may sell out of an item. We will notify you immediately if an item you ordered is out of stock. In this notification we will let you know when we will have your item in stock. You may choose to wait for your item to become available or cancel the order for a full refund.
In the event we can not get your item, through one of our suppliers, you will receive a full refund immediately. Please note that products in the fishing gear industry are sometimes discontinued by manufacturers for various reasons.
Please note that any merchandise in our "close out category" can't be back ordered. If your "close out item" is out of stock you will be notified and a full refund will be given.
Will I have to pay any taxes or import duties?
Massachusetts residents must pay 5.00% sales tax; all other states will not. There are no U.S. taxes for international customers; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information. International customers are solely responsible for these and any other fees/taxes levied by their state(s) or government.
What do I do with defective product?
Jax Cat Tackle wants you to be completely satisfied with everything that you purchase from us. All items are inspected closely before leaving our facilities. In the event your item is damaged, please contact us. we will work with you to correct any problems you have. Additionally, many products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.Please contact the manufacturer in order to receive your entitlement under the manufacturer's warranty.
What do I do if I need to return or exchange an item?
Jax Cat Tackle always wants you to get what you want, but in the event that you would like to exchange or return an item for any reason, please contact us and we will give you return information specific to the product you are returning. We allow a 7 day unconditional inspection and return privilege, but the product must be returned in original packaging for full refund of purchase price. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns must be sent via USPS Priority Mail. We highly recommend that you insure your package.
Please Note: You must first contact us regarding a return. We will give you a return authorization number to package with your return.
